Gift cards and promo codes can be redeemed directly through the Lightgliders website. If you received a gift card, gift code, or promo code, please follow the appropriate instructions below to redeem your code and get started with Lightgliders!
GIFT CARDS — NEW MEMBERS:
How to redeem a Lightgliders gift card:
- Start at www.lightgliders.com/giftRedeem
- Enter the code you received via email or find the code on the back of your gift card and tap "Redeem"
- Review the details of the gift you've just redeemed and click "Begin" to create your account
- Enter your email address and choose a password
- Click "Next" to save your account and login credentials
- Follow the on-screen steps to create your first child profile
Important Notes for Gift Cards:
- Gift cards grant Premium access to Lightgliders for one year, starting on the day you redeem the code
- Gift cards/codes may only be redeemed with an email address that is not already associated with a Lightgliders account
- Gift cards can only be redeemed via the Lightgliders website (not within the app or app stores) and cannot be combined with other offers
- Premium access to Lightgliders will automatically end at the conclusion of one year.
- You can reactivate your account at anytime after that and all of your account data and game progress will be restored!
PROMO CODES — RETURNING MEMBERS:
How to redeem a promo code:
- Go to www.lightgliders.com and click "Login" (on a computer, find "Login" at the top; on a mobile device, find "Login" in the footer)
- Enter your email address and password for your Lightgliders account
- Once logged in, click "Activate Account"
- Select a Premium membership plan and click "Next" to continue
- IMPORTANT: Enter your promo code and press "Apply" before entering payment details. Review the message under the price to confirm the code has successfully been applied
- Enter your payment details and click "Next" to complete reactivation.
You can now select one of your previous player profiles to enter Lightgliders!
Important Notes for Promo Codes:
- Some promo codes are only valid for new customers or first-time subscriptions
- Promo codes can only be redeemed via the Lightgliders website (not within the app or app stores) and cannot be combined with other offers
