If you or your child have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the Lightgliders login screen.
Steps to reset your password:
- Go to the Lightgliders login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address linked to your account
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password
Helpful tips:
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
- Resetting your password will not affect your account settings or any saved player profiles and progress.

Password Updates through the app:
You can update/change the password for yourself or any player profile on your account through the parent dashboard. Simply login as the account manager and click "Manage Account" to access this feature.
