The Lightgliders story, gameplay, and activities are designed to encourage a biblical worldview, prayer and reflection, real-world service, and meaningful conversations about life’s most important questions. In short, we want kids to KNOW, GROW in, and SHOW God’s love. And we want to equip families to nurture faith, hope, and love throughout the week.
Lightgliders is a story that kids enter into and become part of. They go on missions to respect, rescue, and restore. Much like a parable, the Lightgliders story points to the Far Greater Story of God’s love revealed in the Bible and centered on Jesus—His life, death, and resurrection.
Kids learn the five values of a Lightglider—purpose, humility, confidence, hope, and love—and discover how these values flow from the biblical story of Creation, Rebellion, Redemption, and Restoration, all centered on Jesus.
Lightgliders seeks to be rooted in the historic Christian faith and helpful to families and ministries across its many branches and denominations.
