Ambassadors are experienced Lightgliders players who help create a positive and welcoming community. Players who qualify and accept the role receive special opportunities to lead and serve others in Lightgliders.
Who can become an Ambassador?
Players can be nominated for Ambassadorship once they:
- Have been a Lightglider for 3+ months
- Reach Light Level 30
- Actively participate in the community (by logging in 2+ times per week)
- Regularly attend community events
- Show kindness and respect to other players
- Welcome new players and encourage others
- Follow community and Safe Chat rules
Players can nominate another player or nominate themselves. Moderators may also nominate players when they see them demonstrating kindness and leadership in the community.
Selected players receive an invitation and can choose whether to accept the Ambassador role.
What do Ambassadors do?
Ambassadors receive a special green name tag and opportunities to:
- Receive a monthly stipend of gold coins for gifting items to other players
- Help lead or attend Ambassador events
- Welcome new players and help them navigate Lightglider Academy
- Model kindness and leadership
- Encourage safe and positive interactions between players
Experienced Ambassadors who have been Lightgliders for 9+ months may qualify to become Senior Ambassadors, who receive a blue name tag and take on additional leadership responsibilities!
