You can cancel your Premium membership anytime.
The cancellation process varies depending on where you originally purchased your Lightgliders subscription. For mobile subscriptions, you'll need to cancel with Google/Apple. Please see instructions below:
Google Play Signups (Android)
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Make sure you are signed in to the Google account used to purchase your Lightgliders subscription.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Lightgliders.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
App Store Signups (iOS)
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Lightgliders.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Lightgliders Website Signups
If you purchased your subscription through the Lightgliders website:
- Log in to Lightgliders with your email address and password.
- Click Manage Account.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Select a reason for canceling and follow the prompts to confirm.
Important Information
After canceling, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period or free trial.
Once Premium access ends, your kids can still enjoy the free version of Lightgliders. However, any character modifications or game progression will not save to your Premium account if you reactivate your membership at a later date.
