Free Trial for New Premium Members
- 7-day free trial for new Individual and Family memberships
- 14-day free trial for new Group memberships
- No charge during the trial
- Access to Premium features for the duration of the trial (even if you cancel)
- Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
- Your paid membership begins automatically when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand
Auto-Renewal
- All Premium membership automatically renew at the time interval you selected when you started your Premium trial/membership. You can cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal (see below).
- Monthly memberships renew each month
- Annual memberships renew each year
Returning Customers
- Introductory free trials are reserved for new customers only
- Billing begins immediately when a previous Premium membership is reactivated
- All player progress is saved and your kids can pick up right where they left off!
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime (add link to FAQ "How do I cancel?")
- Premium access continues through the end of your current billing period
- Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge
