Yes! In many cases you can update the email address associated with your Lightgliders account, but the process depends on where you originally signed up (via the Lightgliders website or via the Apple/Google app store).
Important Notes:
- Updating your email will not delete your player profiles, game progress, or other account data.
- Your new email address cannot already be associated with another Lightgliders account.
- We may need to verify account ownership before making changes.
- You must choose an email address that is NOT already associate with a Lightgliders account.
- If you no longer have access to your current email, contact our Support Team at for help.
If you signed up via the Lightgliders Website:
Contact our Support Team and provide:
- Your current account email
- The new email you would like to use
We’ll update your account and make sure your login, billing, and communications are connected to the correct email.
You can also change your login email from the Parent Dashboard by selecting Manage Account, but this only updates the email in the Lightgliders game system. If you choose to update your email in the app, please notify our Support Team so we can update your billing and communication information as well.
If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play:
Your Lightgliders login and mobile subscription may be connected to the same email as your Apple ID or Google Play account.
If you need to change the email used to manage your mobile subscription, contact Apple or Google Play support for assistance.
If your Lightgliders login email is different from your Apple ID or Google Play email, contact our Support Team to change your Lightgliders login email. Changes to the email associated with your Apple ID or Google Play account must be handled through Apple or Google.
