Player profiles are available with Lightgliders Premium memberships and are managed through the parent or account owner dashboard.
The number of player profiles available on your account depends on your Premium membership selection:
- Individual: 1 child profile
- Family: Up to 5 child profiles
- Group: Up to 25 child profiles
What you can manage:
- Create new child profiles
- Edit player login credentials (username / password)
- Manage each child’s login and Safe Chat settings
How profiles work:
Each child profile has its own:
- Character and Lightglider name (e.g., Corrigan Hickory Sage)
- Game progress and Light level
- Inventory and earned rewards
- Personal Lightgliders experience
This ensures every child has their own unique journey while still being part of a shared account.
Kids can play on any supported device by logging into their own profile, but each player profile can only be logged in on one device at a time. Account managers can log in on multiple devices at the same time.
Logging in as the parent/leader with email:
Log in with your account email address and password on any supported device, then select a player profile to enter Lightgliders.
While logged in as the account manager, you can:
- Switch between your kids’ player profiles
- Manage your account settings
- Use your account on multiple devices at the same time
Logging in as the player with a username:
Each child can also log in using their own username and password.
Please note: each player profile can only be active on one device at a time. If a player logs with their username on a second device, they will automatically be logged out of the previous device.
Progress is saved across devices, so kids can easily continue playing from different devices anytime.
Switching between player profiles on the same device:
To switch player profiles, click the Settings button in the top-right corner.
To access account settings or choose a different player profile, you will need to enter your account manager password again. This helps protect each player’s profile and progress.
