How do I create/edit a child profile on my account?

Every kid in Lightgliders gets their own unique profile, character, name, and login credentials.

When you first sign up, you will be prompted to create a child profile. If you have a family account, you can add up to five child profiles to your account!

If you did not create your child's profile during registration, or if you need to add/edit profiles on your account, please follow the steps below.

To add a child profile to your account:

1. Login using your email address and password.
2. Click the plus sign (+) to add a child profile.
3. Select a username and password for your child, then pass the device to them! You can also exit setup at this time and have your child login from their device using the login credentials you selected.
4. From here, your child will set up their character, choose a Lightglider name, and complete the Lightglider Training tutorial.

To edit an existing profile on your account:

1. Login using your email address and password
2. Select "Manage Profiles" at the bottom; a pencil icon will now appear over the top of each child profile
3. Click the pencil icon on the profile you wish to edit
4. From here, you can edit the child's username and password, as well as other parental controls Note: changing the username only affects how the child logs in and will not change the name displayed in Lightgliders
