How do I change my subscription type (upgrade/downgrade)?

Depending on where you initially created your account, the process to upgrade or downgrade looks a little different. Please see below:

In-App Signups:
If you signed up for Lightgliders via Google Play or the App Store, simply go to "manage your subscriptions" and you can upgrade or downgrade with Google/Apple directly!

Website Signups:
If you signed up via the Lightgliders website, please contact our customer support team at info@lightgliders.com and someone will assist you! We will deactivate your current account so you can reactivate with your new subscription choice. It is best to complete this process with a member of our team so we can ensure you are not double charged.
