How do I change my subscription type (upgrade/downgrade)?

Depending on where you initially created your account, the process to upgrade or downgrade looks a little different. Please see below:

In-App Signups:
If you signed up for Lightgliders via Google Play or the App Store, simply go to "manage your subscriptions" and you can upgrade or downgrade with Google/Apple directly!

Website Signups:
If you signed up via the Lightgliders website, please contact our customer support team at and someone will assist you! We will deactivate your current account so you can reactivate with your new subscription choice. It is best to complete this process with a member of our team so we can ensure you are not double charged.
