Reactivating Your Account (what to do if it says your account is not active)

Welcome back! If you did not complete registration in one session, or if you are a former customer, you may see the message below when you login to Lightgliders.

"Hello! You have a Lightgliders account, but your subscription is not active"

No problem! Simply login and reactivate your account to start playing again! Here's how:

  1. Login to your account with the email address and password you used to create the account
    From a computer, go to https://academy.lightgliders.com/parentLogin and click "Login"
    From a mobile device, open the Lightgliders mobile app and login
  2. Click "Activate Account"
  3. Choose a subscription type (NOTE: you do not have to select the same subscription you had before if you are a returning customer)
  4. IF YOU HAVE A PROMO CODE, it is very important that you enter the promo code and click "Apply" BEFORE entering your payment information. After clicking "Apply" you will see a message appear under the price, indicating that you have successfully applied your promo code. If you do not have a promo code, please proceed to step
  5. Enter your payment details and click "Next"

Now you can select (or add) your child profile(s) and start exploring Lightgliders!
