To cancel your membership to Lightgliders,
- Login from a computer using the email address and password you used to set up the account. (You must do this from a computer and not from within the app, as cancelling within the app is not currently available.)
- Choose “Manage Account” at the bottom of the front page and sign in again. (We ask parents/leaders to login a second time to prevent child profiles from accessing account details).
- From the ‘Account Management’ page, simply click on “Subscription Details” and choose “Cancel Subscription.”
You will still have access to your Lightgliders account until the end of your billing cycle.
