How do I reset my password?

If you know your current password:

  1. Login using the email address and password you used to set up the account.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top of the front page to access the Account Manager.
    You will need to sign in a second time. This extra step is a security measure we use to prevent kids from accessing confidential account/payment information.
  3. From the Account Management page, click “Change password”
  4. Enter your current password and choose a new password for your Lightgliders account.

Reset Password

If you do not know your password:

  1. Click the “Forgot Password” link from the login screen.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
