How do I reset my password?

If you do not remember your password:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you are using the mobile app, click the "Need Help" link first.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive the email or if you experience any difficulty resetting your password, please email our customer support team at, and we would be happy to further assist you!

If you want to change your current password:

  1. Login using your email address and current password.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top to access the Account Manager. You will need to sign in a second time.  This extra step is a security measure we use to prevent kids from accessing or changing your account/payment information.
  3. From the Account Management page, click “Change password”
  4. Enter your current password and choose a new password for your Lightgliders account. Then click "Confirm" to save the new password.
