If you do not remember your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you are using the mobile app, click the "Need Help" link first.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Web Browser / Desktop App
If you do not receive the email or if you experience any difficulty resetting your password, please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be happy to further assist you!
If you want to change your current password:
- Login using your email address and current password.
- Click the gear icon at the top to access the Account Manager. You will need to sign in a second time. This extra step is a security measure we use to prevent kids from accessing or changing your account/payment information.
- From the Account Management page, click “Change password”
- Enter your current password and choose a new password for your Lightgliders account. Then click "Confirm" to save the new password.
